"Windows" -> "Preferences" -> "Java" -> "Installed JREs"
Select JRE and click "Edit" button
Expand "rt.jar" and click "Source Attachment: none"
Click on "Source Attachment" button.
Click on "External location" radio button and click on "External Folder" button.
Go to where JDK is installed on filesystem.
Example: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_161
and select the src.zip file.
Click the "Ok" button and then the "Finish" button.

Done!
