In fact, you couldn't even shiny hunt Arceus until 15 years later, when the hall of origin was included in the gen 4 remakes, pokemon brilliant diamond and shining pearl. along with another base game opporunity to catch arceus in legends arceus just a couple months later. Arceus is the most important Legendary Pokemon!
