I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS, NV. USA AND I STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT ON A NICE SPRING DAY WINDOW WAS DOWN, I PUT MY ARM OUT THE WINDOW, THEN LOOKED DOWN, THERE WAS A WALLET I OPENED THE DOOR, SCOOPED IT UP. IT HAD NO CASH, BUT A MILITARY ID. FOR NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE NORTH OF TOWN. CREDIT CARDS WERE IN A WOMAN'S NAME, COULD BE MOMMA? I DROVE STRAIGHT TO THE POLICE STATION AND TURNED IT IN. WHERE I WAS THEN INTERROGATED AND SUSPECTED OF BEING A THIEF. WHAT A PHONEY AND DANGEROUS TOWN.
