FILM DESCRIPTION:
Popular radio show host Dave Garver (Clint Eastwood) becomes restless in his relationship with his girlfriend (Donna Mills). Impulsively, he goes out and sleeps with a woman (Jessica Walter) he meets at a nightclub. After the fact, he finds out she was not an anonymous hookup, but an obsessive fan who has called in repeatedly to request he play the song "Misty." Garver soon discovers extricating himself from the woman will be no easy feat as she becomes increasingly psychotic.

Lol the 70s were the best time for women. He was so polite and nice to her despite of her acting so psychotic. He let her take rest in his house after her suicide attempt. He never once called the police on her. She invited the police herself by assaulting Birdie. Even after she was released from the psychiatric ward, he still spoke to her over the phone kindly. He really cared about his ex gf who he eventually got back to. Such men don’t exist anymore and i think it’s actually good that we evolved. No one should be obligated to be nice to psychos.
