Saved the day! I was missing my scope/waveforms. They would show up when I made them full screen and blank out when I was back to my usual workspace. WORKSPACE/RESET UI LAYOUT FTW

Thank you so much! This is the only video I could find that actually fixed my problem. Im using my TV as my second monitor and I was struggling with a huge interface in the Color page and a tiny timeline screen. I tried everything inside DaVinci but the problem was actually that my windows display was scaled to 300% automatically 🤦🏻‍♂️

Great video (wish you showed same stuff for Mac laptops where up space is really tight sometimes.

With resolve coming to iPad Pro M2 will you be making a video on how to set it up to work with external drives etc? I’d love to not use live grade on set and keep everything in resolve end to end.

Keep on keepin on.

Thanks Casey, my workspace had change a couple of months ago and only had 2 areas at the bottom where before I had 3. I had tried to reset workspace but it kept on with 2. Now after this video I have 3 back. My setting was 250 size, got it back now after changing to 175, 150 was to small for old eyes. THANKS

regarding scaling in windows – you can set a different mode for the os and the application (resolve) itself.
just right click the application icon, go to properties > compatibilty > change hidpi settings

An issue I'm having in 18.1 is that my cursor when I mouseover an edit point is HUGE now. I can still work but it's just enormous compared to what is was before. If you have any idea how to fix that I would love to hear it. Thanks!

Hey Casey, do you have any videos on fixing the Gamma Shift issues for rendered videos from Resolve?
Just started to realise my Resolve edits look so different compared to YouTube on Chrome, VLC and Quicktime and it even looks different between those platforms on Windows & Mac. Been watching tons of videos on how to resolve, but they all suggest something different and I'm pulling my hair out
