I bought my first house when I was in high school from reading about tax auctions. I was making more money than my father and did not know it. I am 75 years old now and have learned to be invisible, rich and influential in a predominantly white country.

I grew up thinking I was stupid. At age 50, I bought my kids a computer and I suddenly realised I'm not stupid. I became a beginners computer trainer and I Loved my job and my students. I didn't know a thing about photography and when I was asked if I could teach it...I said Yes I can. 2 weeks before my interview I learned the basics of DSLR Cameras. I tell my students to always say "Yes I can"...and learn.
Financially things got slightly better but I need the next level up. I am learning to be a Multi-millionaire because I have plans.

I'm homeless due to a severe medical trauma and I went on Marketplace requesting yarn. I then began crocheting. Everywhere. I'm now able to feed myself 3 daily meals as opposed to a daily pb&j and a bag of chips handed out by the only homeless resource in town. Instead of panhandling, I'm making beautiful handbags from donated yarn! I'm tucking money aside to purchase a car next. I have $200 saved over 26 days. I am also a graphic designer, but as an artist can't paint without paint, I can't design without the techie stuff. An iPad will be my next purchase. I'll throw up a website selling prints of my paintings already saved and promote then across most platforms.
I refuse to go get on government assistance. I'm over 50 and feel for that trap in my twenties. I mean trap!
Anyone can get up and stay up, but ultimately it's up to them.
I'm over here just grinding under a tree minding my business watching enlightening, thought-prokoking and encouraging videos while I create my freedom path one stitch, one bag, one painting, one smile at a time.

The first step is to allow yourself to become rich! Sounds nuts, but a lot of the time it’s subconscious blocks that are stopping us rather than knowledge, connections etc.
I believe the first step is to intent and re-programme your mind to be open to opportunities.

Even if you were raised with a scarcity Mindset, there is so much information on how to turn that around exactly like this video. You don't need physical mentors, just find the people creating podcasts, videos and books who are already where you want to be. Consume their content and always focus on what you want, NEVER on what you don't want. You got this! 💪🏼 💚
