How to blend colored pencils. In this tutorial I'll show you techniques that I use to layer and blend out coloured pencils - blending gradients, burnishing, colourless pencil blender and solvent (zest it). I also do a side by side comparison of the techniques used on Caran D'Ache Luminance & Faber-Castell Polychromos.

~ Caran D'Ache Luminance Coloured Pencils (Bismuth Yellow & Permanent Red, plus White)
~ Faber-Castell Polychromos Pencils (Cadmium Yellow & Scarlet Red, plus Cream & White)

~ Zest It Pencil Blender Solvent
