Doesnt work anymore guys it only worked for a special version of the airpods pro that had a bug most people dont have this version since they are all gone.

Coming from someone who works for Apple, this service program has ended in october last year and no exceptions are being made. Please don’t spread misinformation because people will be disappointed when they see this and come to the store.

This exchange was only for a specific batch of AirPods that had a bug. I had one in that batch and I got mine replaced but that was like over three years ago.

It may be true but I can promise you that if you use that tone when talking to a retail employee they will do whatever possible to not let you get your way. Loving these YouTube making videos about talking down to retail staff.
