Motus Nova Hand Mentor Review

On Thanksgiving Day of 2019, Lidia suffered from a basil ganglia intercerebral hemorrhagic stroke.

After using the Motus Nova Hand Mentor every day for at least an hour, we decided to return it. We didn't see the progress that we were expecting and the financial investment was a little steep for us.

They wanted us to succeed and wanted us to get the most out of the device. We were able to have a real-time session with their representative to dial in the machine to make sure it would give us the best benefit.

We'll revisit the Motus Nova Hand Mentor at a later time and try again.

We hope that you enjoy the video. Please feel free to support Lidia in her recovery by giving us a big thumbs up, sharing, and subscribing. Add your comments below if you had any botox injections to help with your spasticity or muscle tone.

First, Lidia sounded AMAZING on the intro! From what I saw on this motus nova and the last video, it didn't seem like Lidia was engaged in doing the exercises. She was looking around and it seemed like she was distracted. From my research on the hand mentor, including speaking with patients who've seen meaningful gains, you have to be fully engaged when doing the exercisesa, including actively thinking about the movement while it's actively assisting your hand. And the movement in the wrist is supposed to translate to the hand and elbow. The bigger issue is cost and time. The neurological connections need to control gross and fine motor function in the hand takes a long time to develop. At $399 per month, that can be incredibly pricey. I would love to try the MN Hand Mentor, but that is a huge expenditure I'm having a hard time justifying.

Crazy question for you... how long did it take for you to regain your motor function for your wrist and fingers

Orlando neuro therapy has great exercises. Maybe it's the reason motus nova didn't work. Try them out. If you do I hope they work for you 🥰
