Here's an idea:

After getting 3 or 5 kills with the normal train, you get an item upgrade called "heart medication", and using that gives you the upgraded "freight train"

Once using freight train, the player stops in place before rocketing forward about 20% faster than the normal train, and audibly playing this song from the player.

Once the player starts sprinting, they gain 50% damage resistance and ragdoll immunity, but lose 4 health a second. The user can sprint indefinitely as long as they don't reach 0 health, or hit a wall which instantly kills the user.

When the user collides with a person, they continue running. Being hit by freight train deals 80 damage as well as a good chunk of knockback, and a player can only be hit by it once every 3 seconds. When a player is killed by freight train, a loud sound effect of a train horn plays and they're splattered into gore similar to the normal train.

I'd love for there to be a more "advanced" item being "Can't stop the A-Train" where this effect lasts infinitely and you phase through walls, along with enemies you crash into, but you can't stop.

I’m surprised about how dedicated he is. He made EVERY SINGLE soundtrack in the game I believe. I also met him and he’s a really cool person.

Wait, train is an item that kills you when you’ve been running for 10 seconds…this soundtrack lasts for about 2 minutes, but it is looped at least 1 time, and each segment is about 58 seconds long. This means that at least 48 seconds of the soundtrack is unused unless the song picks up from where it left off after a player ran into another player with the train item
