Chocolate Claw Machine!

This Chocolate Claw Machine has been crafted 100% out of chocolate. It is the best display I could create for all my little pastry creations! This was such a fun project! I love all the interactive elements! Which pastry would you aim for?

The joystick and coin dispenser work. I was hoping he'd use sugar as the windows and he did not fail. This was probably one of my favorite chocolate builds he's done. Classic claw machine. Love this guy

To watch pastry chef Amaury execute the showpieces like this with exquisite detail is one thing but to actually work for him and help bring these works of art to life is top tier and I would do almost anything to get the chance to meet him let alone work for him. I'd probably have to forget everything I was taught and go in there with an empty mind and a strong desire to learn.

These sculptures are always so detailed and precise, it makes me super curious on how long the measurements take.
