very nice video I own a 1998 volvo S70 GLT 2.4 LPT, I swapped out the 13G or T i cant remember and put in a 16T @10psi of boost with 630cc injectors that i calibrated to run at only 438cc, without having to turn up the boost and just tuning for the E85 i was able to get the stock 174 whp base before all the mods were done on a totally stock engine, to 321whp just by throwing on the 16T set to 10psi, full E85, and 630cc injecotrs(calibrated to 438cc) i tried to push it a bit farther and ended up breaking a piece of the valve in one cylinder and melting a spark plug in another cylinder, the cylinder head gave out before the bottom end did which i think is pretty impressive that i was able to make almost 150whp increase and considering also the whole engine its self and all internals had 215K miles on them. when i pulled the head off and looked at the cylinder walls the crosshatching still looked in amazing shape with ZERO scoring and no dug out lip at the top of the cylinder. Now im in the process of my real build in progress, 2.3 that is getting forged rods, forged wiesco pistons, toga main and rod bearings, along with some port and polishing on the head, im planing on trying to make between 400-500 to the wheels, i think anything more than that would be useless power because i wont be able to get the wheels to stick and put the power down without a shit load of wheel spin on a fwd. and to put it into perspective before i blew the head i raced a 2013 camaro SS manual trans stock other than exhaust, 3 times and drug him all three times, when i did blow the engine i was racing a range rover I think he said it was a 2014 model with a 5.0 supercharged engine with 500hp, and that heavy ass thing can move but i stayed in front the whole time both runs we did but on that last run my engine blew right before i was about to let off at almost 140mph i know i was still over 130 when it blew and i let out of it. other than that the 2.4 LPT engine was definitely a trooper. Impressive! I've got a 98 V70 T5m as well and I've been debating about getting a tune and doing some mods. Still no ill effects on your fuel system using E85? How is your clutch holding up? When it's time to do mine I think I'll replace the dual mass flywheel with a single mass one.

@Luke_Smith (part2) I'm sure lucky would hook up with an E85 upgrade tune for free with the purchase of a cable. I got my injectors on EBay for $120 shipped.

Just ordered from them for my 98 V70 T5. It also has 250k on it xD

No issues what so ever. Minus some oil usage lol. But that's expected at 243k.

Hey man I have a 98 s70 t5 as well. I was wondering since its worth already about 3000 should I just sell it and get a different project car? it would be my first time tuning a car as I'm new to the scene. the s70 is already fast but what do you think?

@Luke_Smith (part1) The injectors themselves won't do a whole lot, but going E85 on them made a huge difference. Lucky says a good 20-25 HP gain. I really doubted it at first, I mean, how can just fuel make a 20hp difference!? But I'm a believer now. How recently did you get your ECO flashed? If you have the ARDVARK switch on your ECU from ARD, and cable (I think its $30 or so), you can actually load a new tune from your laptop instead of sending it in.

I really need to upload an update video on mine, its been too long. And god damn you have a lot of miles haha. I was scared to tune and keep modding mine which just ticked over to 180k! Is this the original engine and have you had any major issues?

Im at 246k miles. 98 s70 t5m. Ard blue tune stock 16t, 3" turboback, intake and grippy tires. Did the green injectors make a good difference?
