I have been working to a convert a 75 Beetle for 4yrs, done nothing for the last 2, but ran across your videos and they were the swift kick in the butt I needed! lol The fire has returned and I watching your progress with the battery pack. wow, that's EXACTLY what i've been looking for! i've been building DIY EV roadster completely from scratch everything (welded frame, fiberglass body, re-wound scrapped induction motor my own controller (i do this high performance drive professionally, know what i'm doing here) .. what i was missing was a way to make a battery at a fair price. you solved that!
i can't wait to put my EV project online open source for all to see. thx again for the share.

I really enjoyed this video...certainly has the gears turning in my head. I'd love to build a lithium powerbank for offgrid/backup use.... Doesn't seem like it would be all that expensive.
