Amazon Music HD offers up to 24/192 (depending on track). The particular track you are playing is up to 24/96 on Amazon.

You're not getting 24 bit quality on an Android device with Amazon because of the 16/48 forced output that Android has.

Did you connect your phone thru Bluetooth, analog cable or USB C? Did you know that Samsung nor Apple phones are not capable of 24/192 khz? Check Amazon Music HD page, they said right there. Also, youtube compress music way below CD quality, so why demonstrate between two sources if there's no way to really tell? It's better if you give your personal opinion about the experience you hear.
