Embody your Divine Feminine Wisdom with Deborah Roth!

Quinquatria, a major festival of Roman Minerva was celebrated on March 19-23. It commemorated her birthday and was called the artificum dies, “the day of artisans,” as artisans of all kinds took part in the celebrations. In his description of the festival, Ovid highlights Minerva’s association with spinning and weaving, as well as with the teaching of other arts and crafts such as shoemaking, painting, and sculpting.

In addition to weaving, Minerva was also the goddess of wisdom, art, schools, justice, commerce and later, war. Like her counterpart, Greek Athena, she’s often depicted wearing armor and/or holding an owl.

You can call on Minerva when you want to tap into your inner wisdom, when you want to remember and honor your innate creativity, or for inspiration in speaking or poetry.

The chant I shared is one honoring the magic of weaving and spinning:

We are the flow, we are the ebb. We are the weavers, we are the web.
Strand by strand, hand over hand. Thread by thread, we weave the web

I'd love to hear how you embrace this powerful energy of the Roman Goddess Minerva!

What I’m interested in is, how Minerva has made herself known to her clients and also how has she contributed to those who call upon and worship her in their lives. Like many people I’m conditioned by society and that Gods and Goddesses are non existent entities. Maybe you could a video on this subject ?
