Context: In 1912, April 15. That night Titanic called for a SOS in the exact location. As SS Californian told RMS Titanic that there was so much icebergs, and to come back. But the "Unsinkable" ignored. As they hit a iceberg, the commander asked to send a SOS Radio signal. SS Californian Radio Crew was sleeping, so the captain saw fireworks but thought it was a celebration since the Titanic just launched. But RMS Carpathia, which was 30 minutes away, responded to both signals. When they arrived, hundreds we're frozen, hundreds died indide.

Before blaming the Californian, it’s not their fault, on that night they were warning the crew that there were some icebergs in the area, yet their radio operator said, “Shut up you bloody idiot!” And so the radio operator on the Californian had shut the radio room and went asleep and to rest for the night, later then when titanic hit the iceberg and shot flare rockets, the Californian saw the flare and misunderstood it for company distress signal, and they tried to reach the calafornians communication in hope for the help, but it was too late.

Fun fact ships we’re around but if they did they thought was a party since fireworks and flares were only one color, but I believe the SS Californian got the transmission and they told the captain and he said ignore it and then once people found out about they got arrest and went to court where the sentence a certain amount of years for murder since they could have saved lots of life’s that day
