An organisation called several candidates, there was a waiting area and alot of canditates were sitting there, and they didn't call them, and immediately they came and said:' You're selected, you not and you're selected..'
they had just installed CCTV Camera, to see how their behaviour, that how they'll behave if they've to wait like for 2-3 hrs. Within 2-3 hrs, your original personality will come out. So this is how org are concerned about the behaviour. Obviously, there were microphones as well, they were listening to communication, like how they're greeting each other. That's very important. It's not like org. will write everything in the form of code of ethics.. greet with your colleagues, ..h, i hello, not use abusive words.

Microphone, if installed in a private area, like hotel room where person will pay and stay, that's UNETHICAL. but if you install microphone in public area, like waiting area and now majority of CCTV cameras are with microphhone, thats no ethical issue.

Group Norms: How an individual person behaves /representing himself/herself! Remember the personality of a person entirely chages when he becomes part of Group.

What's a Group? Whta's a team? Team is a selection of people for specific purpose....those people aren't friends, they're hired there for specific purpose. But Groups, these naturally emerge, like within a team there could be Groups. Groups are formed by people who have same mentality or who thinks similar, they'll become a small part of group. If you go back, 5/10yrs ago, in a class of 30-40 students, there were groups. and some groups were very sharp, very shining stars and some were backbenchers.

In an org, we don't want ppl who can form groups which can pose bad impact on reputation of org.cux these ppl are representatives of the org... this is more imp. What world will see!, is tip of iceburg. like how good ppl are greeting you, like how sound and strong ppl seems to be, how they welcome you. It's not just list of conduct.. that person who's greeting you, he/she might have passed a series of psychological tests,


ORG.Iceburg: This talks about the behaviour of people working in an organisation. Now we'll look at
ORG. web: How org web will impact the behaviour of people of org. It'll impact the org.culture.
