Okay first, you can tell he feels horrible for what he did and the only reason why he stopped jacking cyborgs is because he loves Alita, second you can tell how upset he is because of his heavy breathing and the tears in his eyes. And Alita didn't want to kill him because she loves him!! They are the best couple but the time they kissed, and Hugo gave up jacking cyborgs was the sweetest thing ever.
