One thing that has helped me in my eating healthy journey is adding a source of protein to every meal. This can be a chicken breast, or even sliced turkey for convenience. This will help in satiety and will help conserve your muscle, which you can lose by running. Keep up the good work! You've got this! 😊

edit: I get it that runners do not want to run on a full stomach, but there is no such thing as black and white; it can be moderate filled, like when you go swimming, I was a bit concerned cause people with EDs do that as well

Protein is so important to be healthy xd I got a diet from a dietist that was mainly protein and I've lost 7kg so far. Also yogurt+oats+cinnamon before bed, that really helps too

Please be careful girlie !!! All bodies are different but you might do better eating carbs before exercise and then having the protein shake afterwards for recovery. I felt 1000x better during and after exercise when i properly fueled beforehand, otherwise your body is just going to eat at your muscle and long term trust me this will be horrendous
