I was once riding my bike to school while it was raining, and there was an man infront of me, i tried to make an detour through an parking lot, made an sharp turn and just fell and hit my head. I blacked out for an few seconds. Then an man came and helped me to stand up, He said to me if i was ok, and i sad it's fine, im ok, and went on to go to my school with my bike. Everything was so weird than. I came to my school when i told my teacher i fell of my bike and hit my head. They called the ambulance and the EMT was just asking me so many questions, i coudn't read, properly speak or walk properly. I had the biggest headache of my life that day. I had to stay in the hospital for 2 days. I vomited 2 times when i firstly came to the hospital. I coudn't eat the first day i was there, everytime i put something in my mouth i just felt like vomiting.

Most doctors don't know where to begin or how concussion can be successfully treated. My advice - seek out an experienced cranio-sacral therapist. It worked brilliantly for my own concussion recovery.

I hate how some people think if you hit your head with a helmet on you’ll be fine.
*story time*
I play roller derby and on Saturday I was jamming and I got his and you legs flew up and everything went by so fast so I didn’t really know what happened. Normally when I fall like that I would lift up my head so I would land on my back but I ended up landing on my head/helmet. If that happened o someone else they would stay on the ground but knowing me I’m stupid and I got back up. After the paramedics checked me out and said I should just watch out to see if anything is wrong. My headaches and stuff came back the next day and to this day. I went to the clinic yesterday and they turned me away saying I didn’t need to be looked at. But they let a child with a stuffed up nose in. So I went to my family doctor today and I ended up have a concussion so now I can’t play sports and cant go to school until I’m better.
So if anyone tells you that you can’t get a concussion while wearing a helmet tell them my story lol.

I was in third grade and when I jumped for the monkey bars I overshot and hit the bar. I just lied there on the mulch until my friend picked me up. I acted normal but then on the way home I regained full consciousness And I had no idea what happened. Good times

I was riding my bike (because I do it professionally) and I missed judged a corner and my front wheel of my bike flung out away from me and I fell the opposite way to my bike, I fell 2 meters before hitting my head on the concrete then I slid 1 meter down the corner. I just saw white for like half a second then next I knew I was on my hands and knees screaming I need to be sick I need to be sick. Then I started getting disorientated because I wanted to know where my bike was. Someone told me I had concussion and needed to get to the hospital ASAP . That was the worst day of my life. I never ended up going to the doctors or hospital after it happened and I carried on with my riding and now I suffer from PCS (Post Concussion Syndrome), I have no idea when it will go away but I’ve had it for 5 months :(

I once hit my head on a board because I didin’t look where I was walking.... and when I hit it I felt like I was gonna fall asleep and 1 second later I was fine like nothing happened. That was so weird....
