Having raised children, it is frustrating when I hear people explain things in a fairy tale kind of way to children. Explain it in real terms, tell them the truth and the results are rewarding.

Salesforce sucks. It's so frustrating. Very expensive to be dealing with issues that should not be issues at that cost.
