I'm sure most Lukes know this by now but incase any of them are wondering, just go for heavy knuckle instead of jump mp xx delayed air knuckle. The extra damage you get is super miniscule for a route that is much tighter and has a higher chance of dropping on average. Jump mp xx delayed air knuckle is only really useful to go into lvl 1 and 2.

If you knock them in the air as Luke and want to level 3 always go for launcher -> uncharged heavy knuckle -> level 3. There is a timing to catch level 3 on a falling opponent but it's too risky.
