I prayed tahajud one night all night while unemployed. I stayed up all night asking Allah for a job! Guess what? I had a job offer for a job I was rejected from like 9 months back via an email around fajr. Ma Sha Allah.

once it started raining. so i opened my window and started making dua, reaching out and catching the rain in my palms. i made dua for a job, and I finished dua and was about to go on a run - JUST as I put my hand on the door to leave, I had a call from two, really really really good jobs, alhamdulillah. TWO JOBS. and they BOTH said they looked at my cv and thought i was overqualified and my cv looked "impressive" - im only 18. also i made dua countless times in tahajjud and waited a while - but I loved that because Allah gave me a job at the right time, only after all my final exams finished even if I had to wait, so that I concentrate better for my exams. i love Allah, so much.

Many years ago the first night i became a convicted prisoner i stood all night and prayed to Allah for forgiveness and after about a hour i felt a weight leave my body and i couldnt hold back my tears coming from a man whi never cried normally and sometimes hearing of peoples deaths would not shed a single tear. I didn't know the first one is the most ideal one. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I go back to sleep and say I'll wake 30 or so minutes before fajr and then sleep only after fajr has finished or mostly after sunrise. If the first one is the most ideal, then I'll try and start doin that insha Allah.. it's hard but when we get a chance to do it, subhan Allah the feeling is pure contentment and happiness 😊
