Then and Now: Vlog in 1940? | IRENE LEMONI

Hello again and welcome back everybody!!!

This video is a lit bit different from the others and that's because it is an anniversary one. It refers to World War 2 and especial how Greece got involved in it. So it is about "then and now". And if you wonder about "now", I can tell you that until today, here in Greece we celebrate that memorable day, when Ioannis Metaxas (the Prime Minister of Greece) said "no" to the enemy's request for surrender and start the war instead!!!

Γεια σε όλους για άλλη μια φορά!

Το σημερινό βίντεο είναι λίγο διαφορετικό από τα προηγούμενα και αυτό γιατί είναι "επετειακό". Αναφέρεται στον 2ο Παγκόσμιο Πόλεμο και πιο συγκεκριμένα στην εμπλοκή της Ελλάδας σε αυτόν. "Τότε και τώρα" λοιπόν. Και αν αναρωτιέστε για το "τώρα", μπορώ να σας πω πως αναφέρεται στο σημερινό εορτασμό εκείνης της ιστορικής μέρας του "'ΌΧΙ".
