The copyright notice shows it is owned by SME, and the video is blocked only in Germany, so it should not be blocked from your viewing. I signed myself out to view the video and it displayed ok, not sure why you can't view it. I wouldn't think adding it to playlist would make any difference.

Love or despise Mitch Miller, as A&R head of Columbia Records, he demanded the best in studios, engineers and equipment...this disc is an example of the excellent quality Columbia required, down to the best vinyl used for the pressings.
