VW/Skoda Climatronic zones sync activation

How to sync climate zones in Volkswagen & Skoda Climatronic unit. This feature will let you adjust temperature of all zones with just the drives side wheel. As soon as the passengers side wheel is used the sync is disabled and you have independent climatic zones again.
This feature does not require coding or adaptation to be enabled, it should work from the factory on every Climatronic unit that looks like the one in the Volkswagen Touran in this tutorial: Golf MK5, Passat B6, Tiguan, Transporter T5, Skoda Octavia...

Hi, I have just installed a new climate control unit in preparation for heated seats install. I have noticed that the sync button is working the wrong way round. I.e before when sync was active the driver temp controlled both. Now the passenger temp seems to control both, and driver disables sync. Can you help?

Hello mr-fix. I havethis climatronic just without the heated seat. After a while I dont get any air flow through the air vents anymore. The fan motor is working in all stages I just dont get any air to the inside of the car.
Can you help?

what is slider next to temperature display ( the one going vertically from 0 to 7 ) used for ?
