An honest review. Overall it is a good product. A separate clip wouldn’t hold; fell out when doing in-and-out motions during the demo, is big minus point for this product. Therefore it ain’t a great product. Need an improvement in product design. Thanks.

If anything drop on the floor, use a clean cloth to wipe the dirty area. Wash the cloth again with soap. Then wipe again. Final use the mop.

Ohhhh so that's how to assemble the mop head. I was actually confused about it since I didn't notice the hidden garter like insert.

I have this same mop. It does work (sorta) However it doesn't pick up hair or dirt. You have to pick up the hair and dirt with a tissue. Other then that it works. Opps the design could have been better. Those drain plugs are useless. It's a bucket you dump in the slop sink to clean. Those plugs can get lost. I removed mine and put epoxy puddy in the holes. Works like a charm. Now to see if YT will close my account for this honest comment.

I just received one of these and I was really having trouble figuring out how to get the mop into the 'dry' side because I hadn't inserted those three tabs. No instructions came with it. Also, that little plastic piece that goes between the two halves at the bottom, don't you think there should be two screws to hold it in place? The holes are there. I'm gonna try and find some that will fit because it keeps falling off.
