In the hole in wall floor, When the door opens it can appear a manequin, or jermbo. However, if Walter is present he will leave the elevator and go to that hole in wall thingy, making him disappear. If this happens then the door will not open. But, after Walter leaves out the weird place, there are low chances of jermbo enter in the wall and go to the elevator. It's rare though.

the floor that resembles a dream is probably a reference to another roblox game, i forgot the name exactly but it’s probably also called dream, you start in your house, then you go to sleep on your bed and enter the dream world, you can wonder around entering entrances that take you to different places each whit an unique style
and that game is based on another game called yuminiki, whit the same concept but made in a different way, i think its free on steam and its a pretty iconic and well known indie game
