Judge Rules Trump And His Children Must Testify In New York Civil Probe

A judge has ruled that former President Trump and two of his children, Ivanka and Donald Jr., must testify in the civil suit filed by the New York attorney general. Lawyers for the Trumps has hoped to block the subpoenas. NBC's Tom Winter has details.

This all happened because he put out a statement yesterday laying out how much money he has to “prove” he’s worth more than reported. This gave AG James leverage to write the judge that Trump does have intimate knowledge of his business, when his lawyers were fighting for him not to have to testify.
