I watched this because we covered the play a few weeks ago in my AP Literature class. I didn’t think much of it at first, but seeing the play acted out as it was meant to be really helped me understand the original work. Plus, the acting is fantastic, especially Mrs. Hale’s.

Terrific performance by Catherine Behrens. And what a powerful play. The ending just sneaks up on you and delivers a wallop. Peter Eisenstadter also gives a noteworthy performance.
