Best deep dish I ever had was at this place a few years ago.

Used to work a Detroit pizza joint, and while saucing the deep dish would always put the line’s parallel with the slices so each bite gets sauce.

We are still waiting for the review of Anthony’s gourmet pizza on N. Maple Rd. in Ann Arbor. The Anthony’s deep dish is the best, but they also offer a Chicago style deep dish, regular and an excellent thin crust. Just make sure to order it well done.

So true about how light and airy the crust can be while still being a great bite. Honestly, I think they've improved their sauce technique, but wanted to give Dave an original for the spot. For me, the 4 square with green olives and bacon is heaven. oh and yeah...Go Blue!
