Solana is DEAD? SEC vs SOL

The Solana Foundation disputes the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) decision that its SOL token is an unregistered security. The SEC filed charges against Binance.US and Coinbase earlier this week, accusing the exchanges of trading Crypto Asset Securities, including SOL.
