This is exactly how I want to do my flat bed one day sadly there aren’t really any videos showing how to do this. except for this one looks super cool Dan really appreciate the video explaining what you did.

Nice! I've always wanted to do this but always ended up with drop in 2 x 12 wood boards, much lighter and easily and replaceable. I've used the 2 x 12 system on 6 different flatbeds 3/4 - 1 ton, my own trucks and also at work. One flatbed had drop down sides but they weighed over 100# each and were horrible, yup, cut them off and used drop in 2 x 12s, the crews loved using them.
