What experience are we looking for?
Successful employees come to us from many backgrounds. Their sales or service background might include retail, call center, or military experience. In most cases, to be considered, you need:

- 2 years of relevant customer service experience, and/or
- 60 hours of college credit, and/or
- 1 year customer service experience plus 30 hours of college
credit, and/or
- Successful completion of a military service obligation.

We're looking for exceptional customer-focused people for roles in Banking, Insurance, Claims and Financial Service.

In all cases, you need to be excited about our mission and in tune with our core values.
