this is sooo bad information, i guess we have here the blind leading the bling syndrom...
for start you said that people click the ad and go to our store but in the GTmetrix you put the home page url when we don't even send people to home page (IT NEEDS THE individual product page) the home page is loaded with many graphics and products....

2nd) it is missleading alot coz the perfect score in google 100/100 it can be done with a pure white (blank page) but hey : with a blank page you can't sell anything!!!

AMAZON have around 50% on google but it is Bilion upon bilion upon bilion dollar ecom site....
obviously there are more than the score...

3rd) even the example you show it was bad because the page was FULLY loaded but the page became readable before it is fully loaded and in reality it's not like the user wait the page load to add it to cart: what actually happens is as long as the user read description and watch the item photos the page load on the backround, but you said it was like the user wait until the page fully load and then he start read the stuff which is not true.... ON TOP big part plays the region (country the user try to access the site) in australia you can't go below 7-9 seconds fully loaded (some takes around 30 seconds) and still they make over a milion per month....
you can check load times of ezra firestone site that made him like 22 milion in a year....

now to educate little more coz it seems like you watch some you tube video and rehash the content, the stuff that actually play big role is the theme and if it has combined and minimized css and minimized js but if js and css is minimized it is unable to read it or make corrections or even work on it..

Not sure how this works honestly, but my page had 23 something seconds, i turned off some ap widgets and it went down to 4 seconds... guess that´s that
