As a customer of rideshare, I always tip well. I don't understand the arrogance of customers thinking they don't need to tip. Guess some people are raised better than others. Smh!

The tips are the only things that make driving profitable. The current rates the companies pay, are not enough to support the drivers and their rising costs. We are like bartenders and servers, low rates plus tips!

good that they added this now they need to get the Priority mode to work right. as a black car driver I keep getting Priority rides and I cant turn it off even tho I never turn it on I have never see how to turn it on

HOWEVER, I was waiting and waiting for quick instructions on HOW I as a driver can actually access this feature. I'm about 4 hours in, over the last week, trying to figure out the clickstream to access the feature, and so far no results. Can someone help me please?
