Question, How is China dealing with their elderly care? Do they have programs in place for elderly health and living care? Does China have a ageing population problem?

To Richard and Arthur: How come Chinese have to pay a portion of the medical bill. I know it's not excessive, but it's still money. Health care should be 100% shouldered by the Chinese government. I have a sister in law, who is considered poor in Las Vegas, USA. She doesn't have to pay anything for her dialysis, pills, doctor's fee, etc. She said if she were in the Philippines, she could be dead by now because she could not afford the cost of hospitalization. Many die in the Philippines because they can't afford the cost of hospitalization. I wish the Philippines or China could match US's free health care for the poor, for everybody. US has many crimes against the world, but their free health care for their poor is something I truly admire.
