Jeffery L Bowen is the choice here.
The only way to decrease taxes in this case is cutting programs or making them more efficient. It's not a tax revenue issue, it's a spending issue.

It's easy to tell whose a moron within the first 10 seconds of them opening their mouths, and that's most of those on the stage.

This Bowen guy is completely delulu. Most of his answers were non-answers, and he sounds just about as unhinged as Trump in terms of mental acuity. I laughed out loud when he said "no one living in the green belt" in response to how to fix the homelessness crisis. Like sir, what are you talking about? In one of his previous answers he literally said that the officer he talked to said most of the issues they run into are in downtown. Sorry, but know your limitations dude. Run for city council or something.
