is there not a way to preview up coming job openings or is it just randomness because whenever your on job offers, if you switch to all openings and any coach, the jobs dont appear on the screen menu

T4G Question/Request: Can you look into the Gem system and provide a breakdown? I’ve seen a lot of folks say it’s related to dev trait but have seen in my own dynasty thats not always the case. My sneaking suspicion is that Gems are actually related to the players skill cap and how much they can progress. Let me know.

Do you have any idea how you can move from coordinator to the Head Coach of the team you are a OC/DC of? Ive had 3 seasons with less than 3 losses in each, have a B+ coordinator, which is higher than all the other coaching. the HC has been replaced and i wasnt even offered the job. They hired a C+ HC... whats the deal with that? Or the trick to getting promoted?

and also why you go to hire new staff why does is sometimes show coaches of the opposite side of the ball but still only shows what their scheme is. like if i need to hire an OC and it gives me a DC as an option, it should tell me what kind of offense he would run, if he was a dc being offered an oc position his defensive scheme means absolutely nothing 😂

So I have a dumb question. I have an OC who is maxed out in motivator like on offense and defense. his perks for the defense is still active even if he's my OC right? I believe it is but just looking for confirmation.

I think they removed insta commits. I just had 20 players in a row that I was 1st interest on and then offered a scholarship and none insta committed
