In many letters, the purpose would be f a particular thing, but many discharge advices not related to that would be there.

My question is whether we have to include all those plans or just the purpose related?



For eg:

Purpose would be assistance related to smoking cessation. But, discharge plan may have like ARRANGE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST..
I have to include it or not?
