I'm opened my third eye 6 years ago, but, I think It was overactive, I received so much information, clairaudience, clairvoyant, after a while it shouted down, I'm tryin again now, not drinking tap water, fluoride free toothpaste and meditation everyday, but I feel a constant change in my mood, already started to see white lights while meditating ✌️

But can you tell me if it's okay for me cuz I'm 16 and what can I do else with my 3rd eye and is it really creepy like how some people is saying that it is, like seeing and hearing paranormal things etc.
