This goes to show that the courts best interest not the Childs is the real issue. This system is so flawed, Take 60% of the person caring for the child, if the don't enrich a lawyer and further create difficulty in caring for child. Lets recap, unless lawyers and courts make money off private individuals raising there God given gifts, the government meant to protect rights/ property will use there full force and power to interfere and take property, hinder the means to support there own child. When codes and rules deviate from natural law/ and rob those of life, liberty and property who its meant to protect to such a extent that servitude is the only word that fits; i believe we have a problem and people that support this scheme are quilty of the destruction of true freedom.

Why doesn't the child support division is shut down for fraud. Why do child support make me pay for back arrears if me being the noncons. Parent receiving SSI and disable for life forcing me to pay $150 a month if ssi is my only income. I gave anxiety disorder that is being triggered by child support where they need to pay for them causing me to be unlawfully harassed and causing me to have heart health issues and there's no leads for help

Please help me. I signed my rights over to my child 14 years ago, the mom got married 12 years ago, her husband adopted my son around the same time. I had no idea, I had no contact, I had no way of knowing. I just found out and told BCSE, they told me they consider it a payment of good faith since neither party told them. I'm ready to lose my mind.

Wait, the “parent is not right “, if she doesn’t keep her child . My son quit staying with his mom 8 months ago. I pay 100% of everything and was trying to be civil. I’ve even tried to encourage my son to at least communicate with her. I gave her the opportunity to just simply acknowledge this change, based on my Attny’s advice, but she wants to drive her son away even more.
She refuses to work and continues to poor mouth me, when I pay 50k a year for school and 100% of everything they do. I had no intention of making her pay for any of the other things. Now if she looses, she will deepen the divide b/w she and her son and now accrue fees that she can’t afford.
