Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Best Graphics Settings to get 165 FPS without Crashing!

Hey folks,

For those previously experiencing Error Code 0xc0000005 (0x0) N even after the update. One possibility is that your settings are not optimised.

I am still using a GTX 1080 GPU with a i7-8700k CPU and with my settings budget it is possible to get 165 FPS without crashing.

The key thing for most players would be to adjust and lower their VRAM usage so that it is approximately 50% or lower of your cap (mine is 8GB (8079 MB)) and I try to keep the usage below 4000 MB (4GB) basically.

For streamers, please note your max will be your monitor refresh rate adjusted for a multiple of 30 FPS or 60 FPS. (example for 30 FPS, 150 works, for 60 FPS, you would need 180 or 240). This helps to prevent your stream from looking bad and dropping frames (I tried pushing 165 FPS on stream, it went badly lol).
