Forming the Footings

I formed up the footings, installed sleeves for the electrical and sewer stubs and installed Simpson Strong Tie CBSQ44 and CBSQ66 Column Bases.

Now that all the footings are dug I need to form up the foundation and stem walls. I bought lumber to make concrete forms for some of the foundation, and used old scaffolding planks for the other half. I also stubbed out the sewer line and electrical conduit.

I also explain how to calculate concrete from cubic feet into cubic yards.
