Dundarave Park is one of the most visited parks in West Vancouver, and with good reason: it has more than 50 metres of wide sandy beach and nearly a hectare of waterfront access. It’s also where the Centennial Seawalk begins.

Dundarave Park is a perfect spot for you and your family to pass an enjoyable day in the great outdoors.

PALM TREES
Initially donated to the District of West Vancouver in the fall of 2019, seven palm trees have been recently planted in Dundarave Park. These trees were originally on the former Earls restaurant’s grounds, located close to Capilano Road in West Vancouver.

Dundarave Park, already home to palm trees, was chosen as the new location for these mature palm trees. They were planted in an area that was previously covered with invasive plants, close to the beach. The new trees provide shade for beach users, and there are plans to include dune grass, driftwood logs, and additional benches in the area.
