Talk about chills, cries, excitement, thrill, I was at this game to see this. Best thing I ever saw.

my favorite WSox team, 1993. Better than 2000 and 2005

Edit after reading the two comments that replied: to be more exact, my favorite WSOX team to make the postseason was the 1993 WSOX.

Sadly, I never got to see the 1983 LaRussa WSOX. From the looks of it, this was probably the most beloved WSOX team of all time (outside the 2005 WSOX since they won it all)

But yes, at the pace that the 1994 WSOX were going, they looked like a better team than the 1993 WSOX.

I do love the 2000 WSOX, but not more than the 1993 WSOX

Seeing the 2005 WSOX without Frank Thomas (injured) and then the way things ended between Frank and the WSOX, always left a sour taste in me.

They loved and respected Bo, and he deserved it.

I was there and you can see me at around 0:51 when he goes back to the dugout. I’m front row, 3 people to the left of the kid on top of the dugout(I’m the kid in the Sox hat and jacket). I’ll never forget that curtain call he did as well as getting my first and only ball from the Mariners’ bat boy during BP. Most of all it was the game they clinched the division!

That swing was super aggressive but smooth

I was at that game in the upper deck on the 1st base side. That ball was hit nearly straight up and I thought almost immediately that it was a pop up. It was just too high, but then it never came down. When it finally did the sold out park went nuts. Growing up, I was lucky enough to see home runs from Sox hitting greats like Fisk, Thomas, Luzinski, Kittle, Baines and Walker but this was the hardest hit ball I've ever seen. When the game ended nobody left. The entire crowd kept cheering to Nancy Faust's music. Then they played the extended Blues Brothers version of 'Sweet Home Chicago' while we all danced and clapped. Finally the whole White Sox team came back onto the field to celebrate with the fans. Bo Jackson took a victory lap around the entire perimeter of the field. When we did leave, everybody high fived each other as we criss-crossed down the exit ramps. Great night.

That's about the most hang time I've seen on a home run.

Still my favorite home run I was taping back then and after ib replayed it over and over like an idiot but a happy idiot. Hang time was 7 seconds from hit to mitt and the atmosphere all around was remarkable.

What a catch and concentration by the fan in the first row. No glove and all. A towering home run. #Bo Knows 3 run homers to catapult our White Sox to a AL Division Title.

The greatest athlete who ever lived. Had his career not been cut short he would have rushing and Home run records..

They need to make “A Deep Rewind” video regarding Bo Jackson’s 1993 season. This was the main reason they went to the Postseason. Unfortunately, the greatest team in the Toronto Blue Jays couldn’t be matched.

No question the highest ball hit I have ever seen. I swear at it's pinnacle the damn ball hesitated before it floated down. I've seen some mammoth hr's and sure distance wise it doesn't measure up but height wise...it's still up there!

This was yet another moment made even better by ol' Hawk Harrelson's commentary.

I've been to more than a 1, 000 big league games and I don't know if I ever saw a home run that caught more altitude. And I saw McGwire hit a ton of them.

The shortstop started drifting into left field thinking it was a popup. He hit the thing so damned hard that it just kept going up and up and by the time it came down, it was in the seats. "He's a big moment man" - Great quote by Hawk.

One of my favorite all time White Sox moments!

Who remembers Tim Raines making fun of Bo after he got back to the dugout? Bo was pissed and I believe threw his bat down because he thought he popped it up. Then pumped his fist just before crossing 2nd base. Tim was imitating him all mad then celebrating. 😂

I was at that game. At first I thought it was just a fly ball, but the damn thing just kept going slowly towards the stands
