Why does it zoom out as he’s doing the straps? 😂

The video does not tell you you need to put batteries in for the vibration. I would do this early on in the process as it’s a pain to do it afterwards.

Hi there
The top part of my seat clips won’t undo despite pressing the button. Do I just tug at them? Thank you

Thanks first of all. I had a question for joie company.

1-Even though we just installed all 4 batteries of the motion section, the batteries run out very quickly, we couldn't provide long usage even with duracell. I have to run it with electricity. Is this normal?

2-There is a medium/high level of rubbing-squeaky-like sound during movement, but it does not bother the baby, is this normal? Thanks for the answers

I bought this with excitement from a retail store only to run into a massive snag when attempting to assemble it. I followed the pictorial instructions to the best of my ability but unfortunately one of the pictures wasn't very clear, meaning that a small part of the frame was assembled the incorrect way round. Normally, I would expect that one could simple remove said piece and flip it round to the correct position to allow the product to be safe and usable. This is not the case with this product. The product is now unusable for a baby, especially a newborn, as the position of the frame is off, meaning the baby would be lying at an odd angle which could be unsafe (?) And certainly not giving the baby correct support or access to the benefits of the swing. I understand that this is my fault for missasembly but perhaps the instructions for that specific part could be made clearer- especially given that the whole product is seemingly now unusable as there doesn't appear to be a way of dismantling the swing without damaging it to eithercl correct the issue or return the product? The store in which I purchased from offered absolutely no advice or offer of return so, for me, this has been a disappointing waste of money.
