👋 In todays review we take a look at a very special 2025 BMW X5! This is the Silver Anniversary Edition celebrating 25 years of the BMW X5! This xDrive40i has the offroad package so that you can take your luxury, comfortable, daily driving family SUV off the pavement! The 2025 BMW X5 Silver Anniversary Edition is unique because it offers the M Sport package, but also retains brushed accents for the exterior. The interior is nearly identical to a normal BMW X5, so no changes aside from the special badging. The exterior on this BMW is finished off in a unique Lime Rock Grey Metallic and the biggest feature with the offroad package is the offroad driving modes and the two level air suspension to get more ground clearance!
The 2025 BMW X5 xDrive40i is a luxury focused SUV that is a very popular BMW as well. This is the number one selling BMW SUV, and I own one as well! I have the hybrid which is great and capable!
The driving experience for the BMW X5 is great! With the adaptive suspension, it provides this with a very comfortable ride, it's also very quiet and smooth! It offers plenty of space and can even tow and actually tow well!
The Silver Anniversary Edition allows you to hit the dirt (mainly flat non pavement roads lol), and utilize the xdrive system if you need too! Very cool to see this for a luxury SUV and hopefully whoever buys this BMW X5, is adventurous and will use those settings as needed!

nice thorough review. Just so you know the only leather in this car is on the steering wheel. Everything else is vinyl

I have this car and i find a couple of not-so-great driving characteristics and one one big interior issue. . Run flat tires do make for road noise and there is a very slight “wobble” in the steering wheel. Like there is front wheel bias on the AWD….which is of course, not the case. I should mention i did not pick out this car per se. I simply got a much better deal on one that had 900 miles on it and only 3 months in service. The trade in offer was also much higher than a Porsche dealer and two Audi dealers. This is because this Ford dealer had been sitting on it for nearly 2 months. I felt at some point, someone would buy and after two quick test drives i said what the hell. It was $14k cheaper overall than a former loaner, but certified ‘24 Q8 and about $38k less than a certified ‘23 Cayenne S. I never drove the latter which is probably a good thing as i might have gone for it. The thing i dislike the most with the X5 are the cramped front “sport” seats. The seat-back side bolsters pinch me in the ribs and the thigh bolsters are tighter than my compact SQ5. But, even with runflats, the car is pretty quiet. I’m happy the wheels are 20” which makes for a better ride.
