Pisto manchego / Spanish recipes with Sofia

FULL RECIPE:

This dish comes from the peasants of La Mancha, with the products of the orchard that they could easy access. The authentic pisto only has green and red peppers, tomatoes and a little of courgette, but the vegetables are currently used depending on the area, the season and local tastes, etc. Nevertheless it is possible to be said that always it has tomato and pepper and also is frequently add onion, garlic, courgette, etc

My Grandfather from Albacete showed me to make this lovely recipe, he used to do it with garlic, onions, pepper, courgette and chop tomatoes. I love to eat it with fried eggs!

Please, u are making a terrible mistake pronouncing half. If u look up words in the dictionary, u would see that the "f" is silent & the word in pronounced haff! Also, when u are chopping peppers, u must remove all of the white veins inside as they are bitter. Couldn't watch the end of the video. I understand that ur 1st language is not English, but if u must speak it, pronunciation should be correct.
