Got my new IBM 3650M4 (used) off ebay and updated firmware and just now installed CentOS8. Thanks for making it so easy. Ran into issue with the BOMC ver 12 from Lenovo
and got passed that . Also had about 3 old USB keys that failed but finally stumbled my way thru it and now all is working. Only problem left is for some reason my Keybd will work thru my KVM for my two laptops but does not work for 3650M4. Another problem for another day.
Again thanks for instruction and now headed to your next video.

Great video series THANKS! - Can you run CentOS 8 from USB on a WIndows 10 computer without installing CentOS on the hard drive? I flashed Kali Linux to a USB and it runs only when this USB is plugged in. That's what I want to do with CentOS. Is that possible. When I flashed CentOS to USB, it boots into the USB asking me to actually install (as in your video). I just want to run CentOS when the USB is plugged in like I can for Kali.
